Welcome to my corner of

the internet. My name is Tiana, and here is a bit of my story.

My creative journey began unexpectedly in 2018, in Texas, when a friend invited me to join his art show. I hadn't painted much since I was a child, but something in me said why not?

I pulled together a collection of paintings, set up my space as best I could, and stepped into the art world for the first time. It was rough around the edges, but it was a beginning.

For about a year, I continued showing my art monthly, juggling commissions, window art, and various creative jobs. Along the way, I picked up new skills like screen printing, vinyl work, etc. Each one adding another layer to my creative toolbox.

In 2019, Life shifted again when I met my partner, who's Australian. One thing led to another, and after a few years of big changes and personal growth, I became a resident of Australia in April 2025. I now travel between the two countries.

These days, I'm slowly emerging from the quiet comfort of my creative shell. I'm finding courage to share my art more openly with others. It's exciting and honestly, a bit scary.

My art has evolved into a blend of whimsy, abstraction, and surreal emotion. I don't usually plan out what I'm painting; I follow the mood in the air or whatever I'm feeling in the moment. Sometimes it's deeply personal, other times it feels like I'm channeling something external. I love hearing what others see in my work; it often surprises me and opens up new perspectives I hadn't considered.

Many of my canvas pieces also include small, intentional details. Often infused with crystals and essential oils to enhance the energy and intention of each painting. I select specific stones to support or improve the frequency of the piece. Whether grounding, calming, uplifting, or protective, each crystal adds another layer of meaning and intention.

To reduce waste, I do everything I can to use every last drop of paint. I keep a large "working" canvas where I wipe off any excess paint from my brushes. This also serves as an end of year reflection and I will paint something over the background that expresses the years energy.

This space is a quiet offering of emotion, energy, and curiosity. Through each piece, I hope to open a small doorway for others to reconnect with their sense of wonder.
